Various Radcoflex locations can provide on-site services for our customers and products. These services include - Field Testing and Standards Compliance Most international and local standards specify the regular checking and testing of hoses in use. Radcoflex can test and inspect hoses at our customer’s premises or at our facilities in accordance with the relevant standard. In addition, we can maintain records of such tests for our customers and monitor testing intervals. Product Repairs On-Site Radcoflex can in a number of instances perform ‘holding’ repairs to products in service allowing time for a replacement product to be manufactured. Product Installation Radcoflex can offer an installation service for its products at the customer’s site, subject to the mutual agreement of the relevant site occupational health and safety requirements and work conditions. Product Installation Assessments We can provide guidance for our customers on problems and/or potential problems with their installations, however Radcoflex strongly recommends that you seek the services of a qualified pipework engineer if necessary.
